Dear Colleagues,

This message contains some organizational details and practical information related to "Journees d'Analyse" to be held at the Institute of Mathematics (IMB), University Bordeaux 1, on September 27-29, 2010.

1. The tentative program is available at http://frab.math.cnrs.fr/index.php?n=Main.Programme

We kindly ask the speakers (those who didn't do it already) to send us ASAP the titles and the abstracts of their talks.

2. On the reimbursement procedures: we will do our best to reimburse as many participants (transport fares + lodging) as possible. If you wish your expenses to be covered by IMB-University Bordeaux 1, please send by e-mail the following information:

• participants from France: RIB, job and personal addresses, title of the position you hold,
• foreign participants: the name of your bank and its address, IBAN SWIFT code, job and personal addresses, title of the position you hold

to Mrs. C. Métivier (Cathy. Metivier@math.u-bordeaux1.fr) and Mrs. N. Mechalakh (Nadia.Mechalakh@math.u-bordeaux1.fr).

This would allow us to make the money transfer faster than usual. Alternatively, you may provide these informations during the conference. NB: the key piece of information for foreign researchers is in bold.

3. The hotel reservations we made are at http://frab.math.cnrs.fr/index.php?n=Main.Participants

We would like to ask you to review the information. Please notify us promptly if there is any problem. The access information (from the airport/railway station to the hotels and then to IMB, etc.) is on http://frab.math.cnrs.fr/index.php?n=Main.Practical

The page also contains some practical information (links) (dining out, transports, etc.).

4. We will be able to provide the wifi connection at the Institute (but not individual terminals), so please consider bringing your laptops.

Ce courriel contient quelques details d'organisation et des informations pratiques quant à la tenue de "Journées d'Analyse" qui auront lieu à l'Institit de Mathématiques (IMB) à l'Université Bordeaux 1 du 27 au 29 septembre 2010.

Nous prions les conférenciers (ou plutôt ceux que ne l'ont pas encore fait) de nous envoyer les titres et les résumés de leurs exposés rapidement.

2. A propos du remboursement: nous essayerons de rembourser les frais (= le transport + le logement) du plus grand nombre de participants possible. Si vous voulez faire rembourser les frais de votre participation au colloque par l'IMB-Université Bordeaux 1, envoyez s'il vous plait les informations suivantes par courriel:

• chercheurs français : RIB, adresse personnelle, adresse administrative, grade,
• chercheurs étrangers : nom et adresse de la banque, code IBAN SWIFT, adresse personnelle, adresse administrative, grade,

Cela permettrait de faire le remboursement au plus vite. Alternativement, vous pouvez fournir ces informations une fois sur place.

4. L'Institut fournira l'accés wifi mais pas les terminaux informatiques (des ordinateurs PC). Pensez s'il vous plait d'apporter vos ordinateurs portables.
